This relaxed me more than I expected. Very happy I tried it and will be getting more when I run out.
I have never heard of this before and she seemed trustworthy so I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed in any regard! Customer service is unmatched and the product works extremely well and provides a deep calm that is unlike anything else I've experienced, accompanied by a wealth of deep feeling.
I had just finished a long morning of work and was still feeling anxious- Maria gave me two kanna bites and boy are they delicious. I ate both of them and within 15 minutes, I felt a sense of calmness and feeling of ease. I was also super excited to hand out with my childhood bestie that I haven't seen I over 4 years. I put say, I do want to try them again to see if I get the same results. :)

It was a very bad day. Out of the blue, I had to manage complicated and expensive adulting, involving some of my worst fears, without going into detail. My friend had come by to help with some chores. Just as we were digging in, he was needed at a job. I was happy for the isolation. Before he left, I asked if he would mind dropping one kanna drop under my tongue. Apparently he didn’t understand and squeezed the entire contents of the dropper into my mouth! Fortunately, it was only after 1/4 full, and I spit out a bunch of the elixir. And I had to give him a ride. Now I’ve been working with plant medicine for 20 years so I wasn’t concerned. This photo was taken when I went to check on one of the disasters. As I observed the work being done, I was amazed that there was no emotional change. Unusual for me. No trigger. I was so much more effective. I l curled up and had a marvelous “nap”. I woke refreshed and clear. The feeling of lightness and faith in the greater plan.

The Kanaa was really helpful when I’d have an overactive mind at night. It helps to calm down any anxiety and keeps my mind from racing. Really improves my sleep on nights when I need it most.

I am on my 2nd order of 2 jars each time. They lasted a while because I am intentional about using them. When I am trying to avoid alcohol in social situations, these absolutely do the trick. When I need moments of connectivity with myself or my partner, Kana Bites are my go to. I love that there are no side effects or concerns about how I may sleep or feel the next day. They are light enough to monitor the amount. I can easily take 2 if the set and setting require it. I love how clean they are and I trust the source.

I love how many ways there are to work with this amazing plant. When I want immediate absorption I find that taking the powder sublingually under the tongue on its own is the most effective method. For a smoother experience I often mix it with raw Manuka honey or stir it into my favorite tea. Every application hits differently and that is the beauty of such a high quality product. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the benefits of this plant.
I ordered these as a gift for my daughter but order extra one for myself. I was very happy with how they taste. My life is not as stressful as my daughters but I like how calm I feel. We will see after Christmas what she thinks of them.
